My business philosophy is to provide my clients with the utmost in personal and professional service. It is my fiduciary duty as an agent and that's important. It's not about commission only to me. It's about building a relationship and helping clients achieve their goals. I maintain an open and honest relationship with my clients.
I keep my clients informed in a timely manner on all relevant news with the current objective. My hours are very long and I make myself available as much as possible to answer my clients questions and to help navigate through the process.
I have extensive networking with other realtors, lenders, and attorneys and that helps me to come up with creative ideas for problem solving and also negotiation skills.
